Owners' contact details and private documents are never published on this website.

Photographs sent through the List Your Property form are stored privately. They are used publicly only if we take on the property and the owner agrees to their use in the listing.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow them up, and transaction records for as long as required by law or for the legitimate management of our business. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections and restricted access to confidential documents. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
